The following are members of sport development teams for Special Olympics North Carolina.
SONC sport development teams are comprised of volunteers from the athletic
community who work with the SONC sports department to help oversee and
administrate their particular sport as it applies to the 94 accredited
local Special Olympics programs and agencies across the state.
Sport development team members commit to an initial two-year term and help establish and implement plans for training, competition and development of their sport. They also help SONC interact with the network of sport resources across this state.
