Thank you to all the five-person teams who competed to pull the 40,000 lb American Eagle jet in the 2008 Plane Pull! A record number 75 teams pulled and $115,000 was raised! This unique event was presented by Credit Suisse and sponsored by ResCare and American Eagle to benefit the NC Law Enforcement Torch Run® for Special Olympics North Carolina. Teams competed within their corporate or law enforcement divsion and then the Division leaders had a pull-off to decided the overall Plane Pull champions.
