| J. Iverson Riddle Developmental Center implements a Special Olympics North Carolina program out of the center. The sports of basketball, soccer, equestrian, golf, athletics, and aquatics are offered locally. J. Iverson also participates in athletics and aquatics outside of the center for qualifiers and state-level competition. The program is always accepting new volunteers and coaches.
