Are you preparing for a Torch Run event? If so, please submit an Event Notification Form to SONC no less than four weeks in advance of your event.

Have you deposited funds into the Torch Run bank account? To ensure that your agency is credited with these funds, submit a copy of your deposit slip and this Deposit Form (.pdf) to SONC as soon as possible.
Do you have extra T-shirts and hats? Would you like to retun them? Complete the Materials Return Form.
Do you have donors or supporters that need to be recognized? Please download and complete the donor recognition award form and submit it to SONC.
