Special Olympics North Carolina offers year-round
training and athletic competition in 19 Olympic-type sports. Competitions
begin at the local level and select athletes advance to the state-level
in each sport. Eligible participants may begin competing in Special
Olympics at age 8. Special Olympics is free of charge to all participants!
